Here is a quick video on coffee shop business money making ideas that are easy!

Join my business facebook group where you will learn more ideas on adding money making ideas to just about every business  http://www.JoinETB.com

These 5 things are easy to add to your existing coffee cafe money making plan to quickly start adding revenue streams you may not have thought of.

#1. Banana tower at your "point of sale" area: Grab a test batch from your food distributor and stack them in a cool looking display. Sell for a buck or so. Remember this is about making it SUPER easy for your customer who is already in the cafe to add to their order!  If we sell about 10 per day, we just added a bunch of profit to the bottom line! I found a banana display on Amazon for 16 bucks if you don't like the tower idea. Here is a quick link https://amzn.to/38Or1QV

#2. Instagram DM Method:   This is SUPER easy to do and can be done for almost no cost. So you go to instagram and find the customers that have TAGGED your coffee cafe in a previous post. 1. Follow them. 2. Send a PRIVATE direct message (important that it is private) letting them know you have a card waiting at the register for them when they come in within the next 7 days you will treat them to a cup of coffee. 3. When they come in, find the card and write the total of their order on the card. 4. End of the month, total up the additional orders that came in. 5. Play with the offer but this will also help drive some social media play as well.

3. Birthday Marketing aka #birthdaymarketing : This is super easy and will make you a bunch of profit. So the deal is you want to send your customers a birthday card AND a 1/2 birthday card. I highly recommend using  http://www.GetMailboxPower.com for this. (By the way if you use my link to set up your FREE 14 day trial I will have my team help you set up your account AND send you a product I used to sell called 147 Ways to Generate Leads for Your Business) So the premise is simple, you have your customer give you the address they want to receive your cards at and then the #mailboxpower system will AUTOMATICALLY send them 2 cards per year. Have them bring it back in to redeem for a free drink, write on the card the order total to keep track of! **This MIGHT be a tax deduction**

4. Hire out your cafe for business networking meetings: In my neighborhood there are 2 coffee shops that don't open until 9:00 A.M.. So you can find the morning networking meetings like BNI, TEAM, Rotary, Toastmasters etc and offer them your mornings. In the case of BNI for example they usually pay a minimum per person like $20.00.  Think if you did this 4 times per week with a min of 20 people at 20 bucks each!  That is over $6400.00 per MONTH in extra cash flow!!

5. Create a Private label brand coffee for YOUR cafe: Search for a coffee roaster that does private label and create your own brand!  Now, you can sell in your shop for extra money AND you have just opened up a whole new revenue stream!  Sell a monthly subscription, sell to nearby offices and meetings, and even create an online store or brand on instagram!

I hope these have given you some ideas on adding more money to your coffee shop!
