I avoid toxic people.
Each day, I endeavor to surround myself with positive people who bring good energy into my life. As you probably already know from your own life…that’s not always as easy as it sounds.

I choose my friends (and my beauty products) very carefully.
In friendships, I look for those who possess virtues like love, forgiveness, honesty and integrity. I keep at arm’s length those who give off negative vibes and display traits like greed, anger and jealousy.

I realize it’s easy to get caught up in such negativity, so when I find myself around negative people, I do my best to politely (and sometimes not so politely) extricate myself from the situation.

When I surround myself with positive people, life is more beautiful, peaceful and fulfilling.
I spend my time embracing and empowering the goodness of others instead of focusing on their faults and trying to tear them down or think of ways I can be seen as better than them.

I like my people like I like my products…Non-Toxic and cruelty-free
Similar to how certain people’s energy makes me cringe, certain products- usually ones filled up with chemicals and artificial fragrances make me SNEEZE!

Not only that but a lot of products from big companies, one’s you may have been buying all your life, contain chemicals that can actually cause serious illness when inhaled or absorbed through out largest organ-THE SKIN.

Beauty may be only skin deep, but the products you put on and around your body can go way deeper than that.

When it comes to the products I use daily, certain qualities are non-negotiable.

Paraben and cruelty-free is just the tip of the iceberg and nowadays, companies are using tricky greenwashing tactics to convince you to purchase something that looks like a healthier choice, when in reality it isn’t.

Today and every day, I endeavor to live a clean, healthy, informed life, devoid of the negativity of toxic people and toxic chemicals in my products.
